6/22/2024 2:35pm After having poor experiences with Taco Bell with DoorDash I decided to try the store again but this time I went in person. At the counter there are two self working touch screen displays that you order from. The ease of navigating them was simple and easy to follow. I ordered a Dragon Fruit Freeze as a drink item. A nice gentleman told me they were out of the syrup and gave me options to choose from. He was very pleasant. My order was pretty large but the cook got it together in a timely manner. I was sure to thank him and he was very pleasant and nice. The food was great! I would recommend going in store if you been having bad experiences with Taco Bell. It's a different experience in person than with Drive Thru or DoorDash.
Went to Raymore Taco Bell. Ordered a new Cantana Chicken Bowl. Very good. Went thru drive-thru so can not comment on restaurant ambiance. The person working the window was very helpful and very nice. Suggest you try it.
I hadn't been to Taco Bell in a while, but we had a gift card so stopped by today (9/21/22). 1) tried the new Double Steak Grilled Cheese Burrito. Really good! No runs after eating it so that's a plus. 2) staff were unbelievably friendly and attentive! They gave us freebie coupons, and everyone had a good attitude. I felt like a valued customer lol. 3) place was clean. Hopefully this establishment can keep the great staff! Used to come here as a teen, it was the ultimate hangout place. :)
No complaints about this Taco Bell. Food and service have always been great in my experience. I'm mean, it ain't Chick-Fil-A, but it's what you'd hope to find in our beloved purveyor of the best average US rendition of anything south of the border. Sure, everything on the menu is just the same ingredients in a different order, but you do you Taco Bell. Sometimes I feel like a proper taco truck for something authentic but other days I just need a 5 layer burrito, a Mango Brisk and some cinnamon twists. Keep it trashy and don't listen to the haters.
